He holds a bachelor degree from the Federal University of Technology (FUT) Minna, 1998. In addition, he has attended several oil & gas professional certification courses with world class training institutes like: John M. Campbell & Co. etc.

He is a seasoned energy professional with 11 years experience in facilities engineering projects in the oil & gas industry which covers the full spectrum of design and construction in piping/mechanical, instrumentation and electrical.

He had his National Youth Service at Lever Brothers Nigeria (now Unilever Plc) in 1999 before joining Makon Engineering & Technical Services as a Field Engineer in 2001.

He moved to Global Energy Company in 2005 where he worked as a Snr. Operations Engineer till 2008.

He left Global Energy to establish the company then known as Leadville Engineering & Design Company (LEADCo). Limited, now Albergy Engineering Limited.

He is COREN registered and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Demola Sajo is a seasoned Business administrator. He Studied Agricultural Education at Obafemi Awolowo University, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo in 1987.

He worked as an Enumerator at Ondo State Agricultural Development Project in 1990. He moved to Ditesa Nigeria Limited in 1990 June as a Sales Representative. In 1994, He moved to Merchandising Nigeria Limited as Zonal Manager. In 1996, He was redeployed to Shoreline Oil and Gas, Port-Harcourt as a Head of Operations. In 1998, He resigned and formed Shorelinks Investments Nigeria Limited.

In 2008, He joined Leadville Engineering and Design Company Nigeria Limited now Albergy Engineering Limited. Demola
